Nathan Allen Nathan has over twelve years experience in the cleaning and restoration field, is familiar with most building trades, and is certified in cleaning and water damage restoration. Nathan also donates a portion of his time every year to those who are unfortunate enough to experience water-damage-related problems and are unable to pay. Nathan also participates in Junior Achievement Bowl-a-Thons, where he personally raises over $1500 for the Junior Achievement Program. nathan@cleancarpet.us
Al Paulsen Al Paulsen has owned Al’s Carpet Cleaning and Restoration for 30 years. Al’s Carpet Cleaning and Restoration donates gift certificates to the Boys and Girls Club, PTAs, and many other community-minded organizations in auctions, raffles, and other fund-raising events. Al is a past president and board member of the Grants Pass Kiwanis Club, has been active in that club for nine years. Al is a past board member of the Small Business Development Center Advisory Committee. Al is certified in nine categories by the IICRC in the cleaning and restoration fields. He has completed the Small Business Management Program through Rogue Community College. Al is an AHERA-certified asbestos inspector in the state of Oregon. Blake O’Donnell Blake is fairly new to the Rogue Valley area. Blake has been with Al’s Carpet Cleaning and Restoration for a little over a year and he has already achieved his certification in the IICRC, or Carpet Cleaning Technician. Blake is very active in his church and welcomes opportunities to help others in need. Blake has the highest customer satisfaction level of any Cleaning Technician in the company and we are very proud of him. After a little more than a year on the job, Blake teaches our customer satisfaction company training programs. blake@cleancarpet.us

Jen Kramer Jen is our Administrative Assistant, she is the smiling, happy voice you hear on the phone when you call us during working hours. Jen has lived in Grants Pass for 20 Years. She enjoys snowboarding, floating down the river, rideing her dirt bike, spending time with her two daughters, her family and friends.  Jen has many years experience in customer service to better serve you, she excels at keeping us organized and on-task through sometimes very busy days of changing schedules. Jen has one of the more difficult jobs at Al’s Carpet Cleaning and Restoration.
